We have excellent working relationships with our ESL schools and well paid teaching jobs available. The staff at Pegasus held teaching jobs in Korea and can answer all your questions about teaching English abroad. Our aim is to make sure we place our teachers in the right English school so they have a great experience teaching English in Korea. We know that if we provide you with top-notch service you will refer your friends and that is the key to our success! It's important that teachers enjoy their teaching jobs as this really reflects on the children learning ESL in Korea.
Before we place the teacher in the school we do the following:
- Interview the director
- Get references from other foreign teachers working at the school and find out what they think about their jobs.
- Review the contract
- Make sure the housing is livable and clean
We also understand that you are traveling half way around the world for a teaching abroad job and we want to make sure you are well informed about the school, what's expected of you as an English teacher and we are happy to answer your questions about teaching abroad, teaching ESL, and Korean culture. Our aim is to provide our teachers with realistic expectations about teaching English overseas so they can experience Korea in a positive and memorable way. Our teacher jobs are all at reputable ESL schools that encourage English learning in a positive environment. To teach English effectively, an English teacher should be open to cultural differences and have a positive attitude. Teaching English as a second language can be challenging due to the language barrier. With this being said, these education jobs will provide teachers with the opportunity to give back to the students and teach them about western culture. Teaching abroad is a wonderful experience for teachers wanting a job that provides fulfillment.
